Cancellation & Refund Policy


Cancellation of order is only allowed within 2 hours of the order placed. Post 2 hours the orders are processed for pickup. Once the order are sent for picking up cannot be cancelled in any circumstances. Our products are perishable and hence we cannot use the products in case the order is cancelled. We request the customers to note that they are liable to make the full payment of the orders which have been procured based on their order.

Refusal of delivery is also not allowed and the customer would still be liable to make the payment.


As we source all products only based on your order to ensure 100% freshness of the products we are confident that the products which you have received will taste great. Since we pick up the products ONLY based on confirmed orders, we cannot accept any returns.

  • All Brands that we curate have a track record of zero complaints on quality.

  • We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages.

  • We do not accept ‘Taste’ as a factor for returning the product, as we acknowledge and understand that everyone may not have the same/similar taste preferences

In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action. If the product reaches you in a condition which renders it unfit for use, beyond expiry date etc., we urge you to contact us within 24 hours from delivery.

Refund will be initiated within 24 hours of acknowledgement of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source except COD. In case of COD, our team will contact you for your bank account details in which the amount can be credited.
